Photosensitivity and headsets.
Sky Waker shows flashing light, bright bursts and fast patterns timed to music. In a small number
of people these can cause seizures, even with no history of epilepsy. Stop at once and see a
doctor if you feel dizzy or sick, or notice twitching, blurred vision or confusion. Reduce flashing
limits how often and how brightly effects flash; it does not remove every risk. A headset can
cause motion sickness and eye strain, and you are responsible for the space around you. See the

Music and third-party audio — you clear it, not us.
Sky Waker XR is a visual instrument. Avidigi Agency LLC does
not sell, license, or clear music. We do not grant a
public-performance, sync, mechanical, master-use, or streaming license
for any song. A Composer subscription and the
$10,000 commercial-use cap cover our
software and our library visuals only — never someone else’s
audio. If you play, stream, record, post, or perform with copyrighted
music (or any audio you do not own or have licensed) while using Sky
Waker, that is solely your choice and your legal responsibility. We are
not a party to that use. We are not liable for copyright claims,
takedowns, venue or PRO fees, platform strikes, or damages arising from
audio you choose to use. If this conflicts with any other sentence,
this paragraph wins on music and third-party audio.
Your visuals — you are solely responsible.
Sky Waker XR is a tool. Avidigi Agency LLC does not
create, review, endorse, license, or clear anything you upload,
generate (including PCGen), compose, record, perform, or share.
That includes, without limitation: celebrity or other personal
likeness; biometric or personally identifying likeness; personal
identifying information; copyrighted characters, brands, footage,
or other IP; and adult / NSFW visuals. We grant no right of
publicity, no privacy waiver, no copyright license in third-party
works, and no permission to depict any real person. If you put
those materials into Sky Waker or publish a set that contains them,
that is solely your choice and your legal responsibility. We are
not a party to it. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are
not liable for claims, takedowns, injunctions,
damages, or platform penalties arising from user visuals. You will
defend and indemnify Avidigi Agency LLC, Sky Waker XR, and our
hosts against those claims. Child sexual abuse material is
prohibited and will be reported — this disclaimer does not cover
that. If this conflicts with any other sentence,
this paragraph wins on user-uploaded, generated,
or shared visuals.
