Sky Waker hosts the videos members upload, the clips made from them, and the posts members share in the lobby. This page says how to tell us that something there is yours, or shows you without your consent, and what we do about it.
The quickest way is the post's Report button in the lobby. Choose It copies my work (copyright), It shows me, or someone I speak for, without permission, or the reason that fits. We may hide the post while we look.
For a formal notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, email legal@dgmun.ai with the subject line DMCA. It must include:
Our designated agent for notices of claimed infringement is Diana G. Munoz, Avidigi Agency LLC, 1 League #60511, Irvine, CA 92602, phone (858) 349-7850, email legal@dgmun.ai. The same listing is in the U.S. Copyright Office directory: Avidigi Agency LLC (active 13 October 2026).
We hide the post from everyone and stop its shared copy playing. The member who shared it sees that it was taken down, and why. Their own file is not deleted.
If your post was taken down and you believe that was a mistake or fair use, email legal@dgmun.ai with the subject line Counter-notice, including what 17 U.S.C. § 512(g)(3) requires:
We send it to the person who sent the notice. Unless they tell us first that they have filed a court action, we restore the post 10 to 14 business days after we receive your counter-notice.
An account that keeps sharing material it has no right to loses sharing, and may be closed.
Report the post and choose A sexual or intimate image of someone shared without their consent, real or AI-made. It is hidden as soon as it is reported. If you are the person shown, or act for them, we remove it, and any copies we know of, within 48 hours of a valid request, as the TAKE IT DOWN Act requires. A valid request, by the Report button with your contact details in the note or by email to legal@dgmun.ai with the subject Intimate image, includes your signature (typing your full name is enough), where the image is, a short statement that it was shared without consent, and how to reach you.
Report the post and choose It could put a child at risk. It is hidden as soon as it is reported. Child sexual abuse material is reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline and kept hidden for one year, as federal law requires.
Knowingly claiming that material infringes, or that it was removed by mistake, when it isn't, can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)).
