This is the software license for hosted Sky Waker XR Composer (VJ controller, 3D scene, optional XR, and PCGen as offered). Operator: Avidigi Agency LLC. Commercial performances are also governed by the Commercial Use License (Composer covers paid use under USD $10,000 per calendar year). If documents conflict on a grant, the narrower grant wins.
If you have active Composer-tier access (or equivalent we grant), we give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the hosted application for the uses allowed in the Commercial Use License. This is a license to use, not a sale. You do not receive source code or a copy you may host.
You will not copy, redistribute, or host the application or clip binaries (except incidental browser cache); circumvent login, XR leases, or upload gates; reverse engineer the splat, morph, preload, or PCGen pipeline except where a law says we cannot stop you; scrape the library or other patrons’ projects; share logins; use the software to run a competing hosted service; attack the service; or remove notices.
You keep ownership of your videos, timeline JSON, and PCGen outputs from your media. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to store, transcode, render, and transmit that material only to operate the service for you (including GPU workers and object storage we use). You represent you have the rights to upload that media.
This license is for our software and visuals. It is not a license to any music, lyrics, sound recording, or other third-party audio. We do not sell, bundle, or clear tracks. If you play, stream, record, post, or perform with copyrighted music while using Sky Waker, that use is yours alone. You must obtain every license that use requires. Avidigi Agency LLC, Sky Waker XR, and our hosts are not a party to it and are not liable for claims, takedowns, venue or PRO fees, platform strikes, or damages arising from audio you choose to use. The $10,000 commercial cap never includes someone else’s music.
This license does not grant any right to use a celebrity or other person’s likeness, a personally identifying face or body, personal identifying information, copyrighted characters or other third-party IP, or to create or share adult / NSFW visuals. Anything you upload, generate (including PCGen), compose, record, perform, or share is yours alone. We do not review or endorse it. We are not a party to it and are not liable for claims that arise from it. You will defend and indemnify Avidigi Agency LLC against those claims. Child sexual abuse material is prohibited and will be reported.
The application includes or talks to third-party components (for example Three.js, vis-timeline, browser WebXR, Patreon). Those remain theirs.
Optional Galaxy XR / WebXR is best-effort. You use passthrough and camera features at your own risk. We are not Samsung, Google, or your GPU vendor.
The license lasts until your access ends or we terminate for breach. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS IS. Liability cap: amounts you paid for Sky Waker access in the prior twelve months, or USD $50 if you paid nothing. California law. Venue: Orange County, California, except small-claims if the law gives you that right.
