Sky Waker XR™ is run by Avidigi Agency LLC. This notice says in plain words what the Sky Waker app keeps about you, who else handles it, how long it stays, and how to download or delete it. Our general Privacy Policy covers the rest. Where the two differ, this notice applies to Sky Waker.
When you sign in with Patreon, Patreon tells us your name, your email, your Patreon user number and your membership, so we know you are a member. We never see your Patreon password or your card.
Sky Waker is for people 13 and over. Patreon checks age when someone joins, and Sky Waker does not ask for a birth date. If you are 13 to 17, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
Your compositions, settings, characters, clips and the VFX modules you write are kept in your own private folder, for you. Other members can't see them unless you share them.
A VFX module you write or paste runs walled off inside your browser: it can't reach the internet, your files or your account, and it can only draw.
If you turn a splat scan of your own into a Tunnel, your browser reads the scan and boils it into a smaller set of points for the Tunnel. The scan itself never leaves your device. That set of points is kept in your browser and in your private folder on Cloudflare R2, so your headset can play it, until you press Remove or delete your account.
When you make a clip, your video comes to our server, which turns it into still frames. The frames go to RunPod, whose GPUs run the depth model that turns them into a 3D point cloud. The model estimates how far away each part of the picture is. It doesn't recognise faces or identify anyone. Large sets of frames pass through a private storage area on GitHub on the way. The finished clip is stored for you on Cloudflare R2.
Your video and its frames are deleted as soon as the clip is made. If a job is interrupted, what it left behind is deleted within a day. We keep the time you ticked the box confirming you have the rights to the video and the consent of the people in it.
The picture-to-clip maker sends your picture, or stills from your video, to xAI. Its vision model suggests how the clip could move, and Grok Imagine makes the moving video from your picture and the words you chose. Our server turns that video into frames, which pass through a private storage area on Cloudflare R2 (cleared within a day) to RunPod's GPUs for the point cloud. Nothing in it recognises faces or identifies anyone.
Your picture or video and what the maker made from it stay in your private folder for 14 days, so you can rebuild the clip, then they are deleted (sooner once you have started six newer clips). The job's record (its name, the words you chose, its dates and a preview sheet of its frames) stays in your folder until you delete your account, and Download my data includes it. xAI handles what it receives under its own API terms.
A song you add to a composition is kept in your private folder on Cloudflare R2, so the composition plays its song on your other computers and tablets and in Sky Waker Lite on your phone. Only you can play it: sharing a clip never shares the song. It stays until you delete your account, and Download my data includes it.
Sharing is optional. While a clip, character or VFX module is shared, anyone who opens the Sky Waker lobby can see your first name, its title, caption, picture and 3D or moving preview, and how many hearts, saves and uses it has. Members can heart it, save it and use it in their own compositions. A shared VFX module's code is kept with the post and handed to a member only when they press Use. Counts are shown, never who gave them. You can unshare at any time; the Terms explain what happens to copies members already use.
If you report a post, we keep the reason, your note, the post, the time and who sent it, so one person's reports on a post count once. The author is never told who reported them. Sky Waker staff review reports. If you delete your account, the reports you made stay, without your name.
Sky Waker sends anonymous error reports and usage counts to its own servers: which kind of page and device, what went wrong, how often Enter, Preload and Play were used, and, on a phone, which Sky Waker Lite features that kind of phone can run. They carry no account, name, IP address or browser fingerprint, and are deleted after 30 days. The first time you open the lobby, its cookie notice asks: Accept all sends them, Necessary only turns them off. Cookie choices at the foot of the lobby changes it; the choice is kept in your browser.
Sky Waker uses your hands to control it while you play. Hand positions are used live to run the effects, and are never recorded. A few readings, such as how far a pinch is closed or which hand move you just made, travel through our server to your own VJ screen and are not stored. Sky Waker doesn't ask your headset for its cameras, and doesn't scan your room.
The VJ's Monitor and Sky Waker Lite's Live view show what your headset or your Desktop window draws: the show, never a camera picture. Those pictures pass through our server to your own screens while you watch, and are never stored.
If you open the Webcam Sorcery page and turn its camera on, your browser asks for the camera, and the page reads your hands from the picture on your own device. The picture never leaves that device and is never stored. Only a few numbers travel through our server to your own VJ screen: how open each hand is, where it is in the frame, which hand move you made, and the outline of each hand as 21 points, so the show can draw it. They are not stored. The hand tracker runs in your browser from our own server; no outside service sees anything.
If you press Record on that page, the recording is made in your browser and saved to your own computer. With My mic on, your microphone opens only while a take records, and its sound goes only into that file. Sky Waker doesn't see or keep anything you record.
With Scene on, that page lays the Desktop window's picture over your camera. The picture passes straight between the two windows on your own computer, never through our server, and goes into a recording only if you record.
Sky Waker Lite plays a composition and its song on your phone. If you put the show over the phone's camera, your browser asks for the camera, and the picture stays on the phone: it is shown behind the show and never sent or stored. AR uses the phone's own AR to find your floor; that stays on the phone too. With World anchor on, the phone follows the floor in its camera picture to keep the show standing in place, on the phone itself. Record saves the take to the phone, and Sky Waker doesn't see or keep it.
When your VJ preloads a show onto your phone, the show comes to the phone through our server. With Camera hands on, the phone reads your hands from its own camera picture, and only the name of the hand move you made goes to your VJ, never the picture.
If you join the Sky Waker Discord, our help bot, skyguide, reads the posts in the channels it can see and the messages you send it, so questions and problems reach our team and none wait unseen. It keeps a copy of each post (your Discord name and user number, the channel, the time and the words) for 90 days, then deletes it. Before it keeps a post, it blanks anything that looks like an access key or a private link. Its answers come from our own help notes, never from other people's posts. If our team answers your question, the question and the answer may be kept, without your name, to answer the same question next time. It also keeps your Discord user number and which welcome message it sent you, so it never sends one twice. Our team may use an AI assistant to help sort and answer what the bot collects. Discord keeps your posts under its own privacy policy.
Our hosting companies (Fly.io and Cloudflare) see your IP address when you connect, and keep it in their logs for a short time to run and protect the service. Our own records (your folder, reports and anonymous reports) don't keep IP addresses.
Some settings stay in your browser: your cookie choice, Reduce flashing, the safety notice, the lobby feed and the tour. The VJ keeps autosaves there, and a headset or phone keeps a copy of the clips it plays so Play runs smoothly (a headset asks its browser not to clear that copy on its own). Your browser's site settings clear all of it. Cookies are in the Cookie Policy.
We don't sell your information, show ads or use ad trackers. We share information when the law requires it, for example a report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.
After a deletion we keep only:
For anything else (to see, correct or delete what we hold, or to ask a question), email legal@dgmun.ai. We answer within 45 days. Depending on where you live, including California, other US states, the UK and the EU, you have further rights; our Privacy Policy lists them. Using them never changes how we treat you.
Sky Waker is for people 13 and over. If you are 13 to 17, you need a parent's or guardian's permission. Patreon sets its own age rules for paying for a membership.
If someone answers that they are under 13, we delete their account at once, and that browser can't answer again for 30 days. A parent or guardian who thinks a child under 13 has used Sky Waker can email legal@dgmun.ai, and we will delete the account.
When this notice changes, the date at the top changes. We announce big changes in the lobby or on Patreon.
