Acceptable Use Policy

You will not use Sky Waker, Composer, PCGen, our Discord, or our APIs to:

  1. Break the law, including child sexual abuse material (we will report it), trafficking, malware, or credible threats.
  2. Share sexual or intimate images of a real person without their consent, whether real or AI-made, or anything that sexualises or endangers a child.
  3. Steal the product — scrape or bulk-download library clips, rip shaders, share Composer logins, stand up a competing host from our files, or bypass login / XR lease / upload gates.
  4. Attack the service or other patrons’ folders.
  5. Upload, generate, or share media you do not have rights to — including copyrighted music, films, characters, or other IP; celebrity or other personal likeness; biometric or personally identifying likeness; or personal identifying information — or use another living person’s likeness to harass them. Sky Waker does not license any of that. If you put it in a set or a share, the claim is yours, not ours.
  6. Upload or share video of anyone who can be recognised in it without their consent.
  7. Spam, phish, or run scams in our spaces.
  8. Target people with hate or harassment. Ordinary dark or noisy art is not automatically a ban.
  9. Automate PCGen to burn GPU quota or crash the worker.
  10. Impersonate DG MUN, staff, or another patron.
  11. Use Sky Waker if you are under 13, or if you are 13 to 17 without a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
  12. Resell access or run a venue house system without a written license.

To report a post, press its Report button in the lobby. You can also email legal@dgmun.ai, use the copyright page, or tell a Discord moderator.

If you break this policy, we may hide your posts, turn sharing off for your account, stop your access to clips, or suspend or close your account. A takedown hides a post; it does not delete your own file unless the law requires us to remove it. Illegal material is kept and reported as the law requires, including child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children.

Avidigi Agency LLC is not liable for claims that come from audio or visuals a user chooses to upload, generate, play, stream, record, or share with Sky Waker — including copyrighted IP, celebrity or personal likeness, personal identifying information, and adult / NSFW visuals. Child sexual abuse material is banned and will be reported. See Terms and Disclaimer.
